In such cases, we are data processors acting in accordance with the instructions of our customers, who are the data controllers. The Properties are operated in and intended for use in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Our Properties may offer message boards, chat rooms, games, nd other public areas (collectively, "Community Forums") where you can engage in social networking, interact with others, as well as have the opportunity to submit photographs, writings/text, music, video, audio recordings, computer graphics, pictures, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other content, including Personal Information (collectively, "User Submissions"). To participate in certain Community Forums, you may be asked to select a username, screen name or member name and password. Please do not use your real name or the real name of another person when selecting a username (or screen name or member name).
Note that anything you post to a Community Forum is public -- others will have access to your User Submissions and may use that information or share it with third parties. Information you choose to post or make available in the Community Forums may be viewed, collected and used by others. User Submissions may be published online or offline in any media or format (currently existing or hereafter developed). Sapient Business is in the process of self-certification and complies with the principles specified in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Sapient Business has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity & Purpose Limitation and Recourse, Enforcement & Liability. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
